Avant Scope: Structural design of high-level foundations, on ground slab, tilt panel concrete walls, and steel framing for building roofs and awnings. We undertook detailed investigations in combination with the geotechnical engineer to consider mitigation measures against the site reactivity, to enable an efficient foundation solution.

Avant Scope: Structural design of high-level foundations, on ground slab, tilt-panel concrete walls, and steel framing for awnings and roofs. We provided early input to the architect relating to panel joint spacing, in an effort to achieve a more consistent alignment resulting in faster panel pour cycle. We worked closely with the client, architect, and builder during construction to enable removal of an internal wall for a prospective tenant.

Avant Scope: Structural design of a raft slab, timber and steel framing for roofs and facades. We worked closely with the client, builder, and building designer, to ensure the design catered for alternate internal arrangements, and to achieve spans and alignments to limit the steel structure required.
