Avant Scope: Structural design of piled foundations, on ground slabs, low height tilt panel walls, steel roof and wall structure including portal frames and trusses. We worked closely with the client and developer to explore multiple structural solutions for the roof structure to provide best value while ensuring conformance with the tenant requirements.

Description: The project delivered an extension to the existing facility including a cold room, additional silo supports, and foundations for the relocation of existing offices.
Avant Scope: Structural design of piled foundations, supporting steel floor beams with a composite concrete floor for the cold room, and portal frame superstructure. We developed an approach which enabled the slab construction to be taken off the critical path, allowing for faster completion and more preferable conditions for curing of the cold room slab.

Description: The project provided a ~4000sq.m extension to the existing processing facility.
Avant Scope: Structural design of bored pile foundations, transitioning into insitu concrete columns, supporting a traditionally reinforced suspended concrete slab to allow for future services below. The building superstructure was constructed from steel portal frame columns and rafters with cold rolled purlins and girts to support roof sheet and cold room wall panels.
